SEWING + DIY BASICS
4 week session
Offered for Kids+Teens, 18+, or All Ages
The quickest way to start sewing. Learn the basics of a sewing machine
Work with simple and basic stitches and get familiar with the fabric.
Build and practice your skills by completing four small projects that build upon one another

For confident sewists who have completed our Sewing+DIY program, this class is a practice in refining one’s pattern-reading skills.
We provide the digital pattern and .pdf, students work with a fabric of their choice; it’s pattern comprehension from beginning to end!

START WITH SEWING
For Homeschoolers

Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays
Add to your homeschool curriculum with sewing : students learn how to use the sewing machine and its basic stitches and functions.
We begin with some easy projects like simple accessories, and then jump into fun projects like pajama pants, bucket hats and more!

MAKERSPACE MAGIC
For Kids, 8-11 yrs

It’s time for your kids to discover sewing and DIY! We teach the basics with some simple accessories and projects to build confidence!
Each week is a new project meant to be completed in 30 minutes to keep momentum and excitement going.

Routine is everything for growing minds and we get that! Our school-year programs run from September to June and encourage our students to establish routines and build a mindset of practice makes perfect.

Ages 7-11 years
SEW HAPPY PROGRAM
Over the course of 10 months, students will progress from beginners to confident sewists.
Students will learn to work with a sewing machine, starting with simple projects and working their way up.
Pricing : $95 upon registration; $75 per month
Fees will be charged at the start of each month between September to May. Registration fee covers materials for the year.
Ages 13-18 years
TEEN ATELIER PROGRAM
Over the course of 10 months, students will progress from confident sewists to designers
Students will practice sustainable fashion while learning all the skills to alter, upcycle and finish new-to-them pieces.
Pricing : $95 upon registration; $75 per month
Fees will be charged at the start of each month between September to May. Registration fee covers materials for the year.
